Our House Villa Adelaida Anastasia has a Colonial style, built in the 40s and restored Love 3 years ago, located in a residential area about 15 minutes walk from the center of the city, around the house wraps around a garden with tropical plants and Fruit trees, Mamey, Mango, Lemon, Guava, Avocado, Rollina, where there is a small pool next to an accompanying Caney, where a brand new Peacocks and a loving Perrita called Diva stroll. We have 3 rooms with antique furniture Epoca in a Romantic ambiento, 2 double rooms with shared bathroom and 1 small room with bunk bed and private bath, large living rooms with natural lighting and romantic terraces around the house where he breathes atmosphere of relaxation and pleasure in a natural setting in the middle of the city with personalized attention !!!
I cook Cuban food and international food. I recently spent a cooking course and I'm sure I can prepare any dish you ask me. My husband prepares delicious, mojitos cocktails, Pina Colada and Daiquiris that served on the terrace or beside the pool. We have a very nice barbecue where grilled fish, lobster, meat, vegetables, etc.

House Rules
Any person entering as a guest, you must register following the current legislation.
- Only registered guest is allowed in the room
- No smoking is allowed inside the rooms, only in open areas.
- Mini bar prices are marked in each of the rooms and the guest will have to make full payment of the drinks to your departure.
-Service Room cleaning is done daily, as long as this becomes available before 12 hours. The change of sheets and towels every three days.

Room was very nice,like in the description and signora Luz helpful and friendly.
But not a real casa particulare- Nö possibilty to get something to eat in the evening- we have Seen the hosts only when we arrived and 5 minutes in the morning. It seems like a pension.

Luz Maria has a lovely home and family. We were made very welcome and were looked after very well. The casa is beautiful, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, Maria makes the best omelettes! You have breakfast out in the garden, which was a lovely setting. It is very easy to get to the centre of Santa Clara, either about a twenty minute walk or so, or a short taxi ride. We really enjoyed our stayed and can highly recommend Luz Maria's home, thanks.

Une famille tres accueillante. Un jardin merveilleux. La chambre tres bien , tout etait propre. Le petit dejeuner etait copieux. La casa n'est pas au centre meme mais ce n'est pas grave. Merci a toute la famille pour ce bon moment.
Una familia muy acogedor . Un maravilloso jardín . La habitación muy buena , todo estaba limpio . El desayuno era abundante . La casa no está en el centro pero no es grave. Gracias a toda la familia durante algún tiempo .

The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The house is decorated in the beautiful old colonial style but has been updated so things function well. My bedroom was charming and really comfortable. The mattress was great and the bedding was lovely. Air conditioning and fans kept the room very cool.
I spent hours relaxing on the veranda overlooking the yard and pool. The accommodations were so comfortable I extended my stay and spent six nights rather than three as originally planned.
Luz Maria and her sister, Lidia, were incredibly helpful in making arrangements for me with taxi service and visiting other towns in Cuba. They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined in helping me change my airline ticket, took me to Habana and made sure I got on my plane. I felt like I was a part of the family.
Luz Maria is a wonderful cook and made delicious breakfasts and dinners daily. I loved it so much I had all my meals at the Casa. This family took care of me and all my needs with such love and consideration! They turned out to be the best part of my trip to Cuba!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
