The house has 2 floors. The first consists of the main hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, patio and an interior hall where the staircase leading to the second floor. The second floor is dedicated to housing that it offers complete independence and privacy of those staying. It has a room with air conditioning, including bathroom and other elements that guarantee comfort; plus living room, kitchen and terrace with various ornamental plants that invite rest and relaxation as well as the divertimento if desired.
Our family comprise:
My parents (mother, father retired stomatologist, gynecologist active)
My daughter (psychologist), her husband (economist) and his young son (my grandson) and I (Marta) I'm philologist and work as a scriptwriter for radio. We are all very close and we love being at home in family harmony.

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Foundational Historic Center of Santiago de Cuba, so customers can have quick access to significant historical-cultural and recreational sites like the Santiago Cathedral famous, the Museum "Diego Velázquez Cuellar ", the first governor of Cuba; the distinguished hotel "Casa Granda", the famous "Casa de la Trova", the famous "Hall of the Great", the illustrative Carnival Museum, the popular "House of Traditions" and the new Theater-Café "Macubá" among other options related to culture, history and the arts in Santiago de Cuba, especially music. Nearby there are also numerous shopping and dining centers and Internet services, banks and currency exchange points. You can also quickly access the international airport and the bus terminal Viazul.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
