We are a family santiaguera hospitality with which you can share authentic and special moments. With us, you will have a new home during your stay in Santiago de Cuba.
Our goal is to help you have an unforgettable travel experience, for it would guarantee a comfortable room and fully equipped the best price.
We rent a spacious and comfortable rooms just 3 blocks from Parque Céspedes, right in the historic center of the city. They have facilities to our guests and here you can feel at home, sharing with the Cuban family our culture and idiosyncrasy, providing privacy, tranquility, comfort and personalized attention. Around the house find the Casa de la Trova, House of Music, the Cathedral of Santiago de Cuba, the Casagranda Hotel, Diego Velázquez Museum, Emilio Bacardí museum and other important sites in the city as the popular street commercial Enramadas, in addition to also be 100 meters from the seawall of Santiago de Cuba where you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea accompanied by the mountains of the Sierra Maestra surrounding our city. Our house is also within about 500 meters from the terminal Ferrobus and famed Santa Ifigenia Cemetery.
We can be your tour guides or people at home who only offer him your company if you want it, advise, inform, serve or talk about any topic with confidence. In our home, you will enjoy a friendly, family atmosphere, while very professional. We hope and wish them feel at home!

About the Area
Our house is located in the historic center of the city of Santiago de Cuba, a few meters from Parque Cespedes, cultural, historical and political center of the city. We are about 100 meters from the port of Santiago de Cuba and Cruise Terminal, 500 meters from the terminal Ferrobus, 200 meters from the street Enramadas, commercial and cultural tour of our city. This location is also about 8 km from "Antonio Maceo" International Airport.

Wir können die Unterkunft von Pavel und seinem Team sehr empfehlen und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war super sauber und alles in dem Haus sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, so dass wir alles fußläufig erreichen konnten. Ein großes Dankeschön möchten wir auch für das leckere Frühstück und die große Hilfesbereitschaft bezüglich der Tankstellensuche sagen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

Very well situated near the city centre and with a nice roofterras as well. Pavel, Carolia and staff were very helpful and friendly, this made our stay during carnaval in Santiago even more perfect. Pavel said his English was not good, but it was way better than our Spanish! We really enjoyed our time here!

Our stay at casa Pavel was excellent. The breakfasts were really good with fruit, eggs, bread, cheese , ham and much more. The family was very kind and allthough Pavel will insist his English is not that good, it actually is very good! The location was fantastic. We walked 5 minutes and were right in the city center, but staying on the beautiful roof terrace and enjoying a card game is possible too!

Pavel and his family were very friendly and let us feel welcome. The house was perfect located and the room was really luxury and the air condition surprisingly quiet. The breakfast for 5 CUC/person was delicious. Thank you very much!

La estancia en casa de Pavel fue magífica, nos sentimos como de la familia. Nos acogieron en su casa, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron y más... Los desayunos de Coralia riquísimos. Las charlas de Pavel al fresco por la noche fueron muy divertidas. La casa es de lujo, amplia, limpia, habitación cómoda, AC, baño propio... Volveríamos a casa de Pavel y Coralia sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias!!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
