House located in the heart of downtown Santiago de Cuba, just 60 meters from the Plaza de Marte and 250m from the Céspedes park, we are a couple of professionals from Santiago and we rent 5 spacious and air-conditioned rooms. Each room has a double and personal bed, private bathroom, hot and cold water, minibar, air conditioning, TV, 110V and 220V electricity. The house also has a cozy terrace where you can see much of the city of Santiago de Cuba and it becomes an ideal oasis to find peace to read, relax and share with family and friends in the central location of the house. Optional breakfast and dinner services are offered where you can taste typical Cuban dishes. In addition, Spanish courses, dance courses, etc. are managed. It is possible to go and wait at the bus and airport terminals, in addition to communicating in English. The house is very accessible by its position to the main shopping centers, exchange houses, banks, museums, historical-cultural places and nightclubs, being our premise the Security and Comfort, which guarantee an unforgettable vacation in Santiago de Cuba.

When you reach the Plaza de Marte, follow calle Paraíso and at the second corner (Heredia) turn left at the middle of the block to look for the number 610 1/2. Or call to send reliable and economical taxi to the buss or area terminals to pick them up.

Thank you so much for a great stay. The rooms were great with really comfortable beds and good aircon. We really enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace, with the best coffee we had during our visit to Cuba. Thank you!

It is a good Hostel, clean room and nice breakfast. But we would not describe it as a Casa.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
