Roberto and Tamara's house,… air-conditioned room of excellent comfort that has a mini bar, tv, wifi, a bed for marriage, couples or friends. Private bathroom with hot and cold water, private dining room. We provide a personalized service of excellence for the client.
For our clients we have a 24-hour taxi service, INTERNET, laundry and others that you may need.
We are in one of the best areas of Santiago de Cuba, sleep distribution, surrounded by the main tourist, economic and health centers. 400 meters away is the Meliá Santiago hotel, the main tourist facility in the city with swimming pool services, internet , shop, currency exchange, car and motorcycle rental, cafeterias and many more. We have the best international food restaurants of the `` palmares'' chain, as well as private restaurants that offer the best of Cuban food with excellent prices. If you need to legalize any personal or bank document, Consultoría Internacional, Bufete Internacional and Banco Financiero Internacional (bfi) are very close to our house, as well as the international clinic for any health service that the client requires.
For the nights we are surrounded by the best disco and cabaret.¨¨ Tropicana Santiago¨¨, La Maeson nightclub with show included¨¨, Santiago¨¨ discotheque, trip discotheque at the Las Américas hotel and many more of your choice.

House Rules
do not make unnecessary noises, do not go out in underwear, do not smoke in the rooms, visitors have to come with an identity document and they have to agree beforehand.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
