Jesus Perez Castro’s Casa Particular is located in the historical center of Santiago de Cuba city, at just
3 minutes’ walk from the Central park named after Céspedes, three bank agencies, two exchange houses (CADECA), Casa Granda Hotel, The Trova House, The Cathedral, The City Hall, The House of Music, The City Scale-Model, Don Diego Velazquez’s House-Museum, and other sightseeing places of cultural and historical interest in the city.
Ours is a family’s house, in which two guest-rooms are available for rent with thorough privacy for the customers, two air-conditioned rooms, with two beds in each, a wardrobe, a balcony and a big window very aerated. Each one has its private bathroom with cold-hot shower, a laundry place, a minibar, and an entire privacy.
The house has a top terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Santiago de Cuba’s Bay and the Historical Center of the city. I can speak English and I have worked on the room-rental business since 2004.
Esta es una vivienda de familia en la cual se rentan dos habitaciones dobles climatizadas con dos camas y ventanas grandes bien aireadas y con claridad, balcón, baño privado con ducha de agua caliente, lavadero, nevera (mini-bar), internet. Total privacidad.
Desde la terraza de la casa se disfruta de una bella panorámica de la Bahía de Santiago y el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad.
Hablo inglés y trabajo en la renta habitaciones desde el año 2004

House Rules
1. The day of check-in, when entering your room, the client will have identification cards of the owner of the hostel, a map of the city center with the location of the hostel and access keys to his room and the hostel.
2. The day of check-in, when entering your room, check that all electrical equipment inside it works correctly.
3. In the room, the client has a safe deposit box to guarantee the protection of his documents, money and jewelry. (Use it), if you do not use it the owner of the hostel is not responsible for the loss or loss of them and if there is any incident the owner will immediately inform the police.
4. Only guests and companions who made the reservation and check-in are authorized to enter the Hostel. (Entrance to the hostel is not allowed to the people that the clients know during their stay in the country without the previous authorization of the owner).
5. All beverages that the customer consumes from the mini bar have to pay for them and never replace them for others bought at the stores in the country.
6. Access to the terrace will be from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
7. In the hostel there is access to the ETECSA WIFI network.
8. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails are offered at the hostel.
9. The owner of the hostel lives in the same hostel so it will be available to the client’s 24 hours a day.
10. The check-out will do at 12:00 noon (if the guests continue the travel past the check-out time, they can leave their luggage in the custody of the hostel owner until the time of continuing
their trip).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
