The house D 'Pepe is a modern 2 levels, located in a quiet and safe area of the city of Trinidad. Cuba. The family has prepared for rent 2 rooms. Both are part of the house but with separate entrance for guests, while maintaining access to it, so that privacy for the client and family communication have. One room is located on the first level with a portal in front and overlooking the street and another room is on the second level with a terrace or hall and overlooking the courtyard.
The house has a central courtyard to relax, drink and eat. It features a traditional oven cooking coal and barbecue. Both rooms are air-conditioned with Split, each has a double bed and a personal, minibar and safe. The private bathroom inside with hot and cold water. Soap, towel, toilet paper are provided included in the room rate. The safety of the location of the property allows car parking in front of it. Upon arrival he is greeted with a complimentary juice naturally welcome fruit. Pepe and family help you in managing the next destination.

Pepe and Diana are friendly hosts. The room is nice and clean. The hosts have a beautiful garden. Because of the garden, the room has a pleasant temperature (but it also has air conditioning and a ventilator). The terrace is nice.

Wir wurden freundlich und mit einem kühlen Getränk empfangen.
Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und mit leiser Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Pepe und Diane haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert.
Der grüne Hof hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dort hat das tolle Frühstück besonders gut geschmeckt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch der Genuss eines Abendessens.
Diane ist eine ausgezeichnete Köchin. Auch unsere Wäsche wurde schnell und perfekt gewaschen, sowie sogar gebügelt! Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus,
das Pepe als Architekt selbst geplant und gebaut hat.

Un lieu sans problème, avec un accueil satisfaisant et l'accès à une terrasse agréable. Le lieu est toutefois un peu plus décentré que les autres casa que nous avions louées.

Pepe's was the best accommodation on the holiday. The house was very pretty with a really nice courtyard and nice and fresh rooms.
Pepe and his wife were very service minded, always close by to provide the best service. Always pleasant and accommodating. Pepe also handle English well so communication is easy.
I can recommend Pepe's for everyone and if we come to Trinidad again so is Pepe's place we want to stay.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
