The hostel Santa NAO is a family home that is located in one of the main streets of the city of Trinidad. It is a mansion of colonial architecture, high ceilings struts, large doors and windows that provide a fresh and pleasant atmosphere inside the house. After major repairs was modernized enabling 2 beautiful air-conditioned rooms for up to 4 people each. They also have TV, ceiling paddle fan and bathroom with cold and hot water, with everything you need for personal hygiene included as soap, towels, shampoo and toilet paper.
Robertico, the host, is an Electronic Engineer and Bachelor in Economics, he likes to share with customers, tell stories, legends of the city and manage excursions and trips to nearby beaches and rivers. Magaly, Robertico wife is an excellent cook who prepares exquisite dishes based on local recipes and fresh seafood. The house phone can be used by guests free local calls and to contact the next destination. Book Robertico house and want to stay longer than planned.

Very nice hosts really! The room is as good as it can get there. The problem is that the house is on the main entrance road of the city therefore very noisy.

En cuanto a tu observcion, si es verdad que la casa esta ubicada en una calle muy centrica, pero asi lo describimos en nuestra Web Pag, no es un secreto y ademas los niveles de ruido se les ha aplicado medicion por sonometro y los decibeles estan por debajo umbral perturbador para un oido standar. De hecho eres el primer cliente que nos comenta el tema.
Lamentamos sinceramente las molestias causadas y ensallaremos la aplicacion de materiales absorventes de ruidos como cortinas, etc para disminuir mas los niveles de ruidos actuales.

My son and I spent a week there at the end of February, 2017. Roberto and his family were excellent hosts. They had answers to all of our questions and quickly resolved any issues that we had. I couldn't have been more impressed. The casa itself is quite comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast fast each morning at a great price. They were also quick to ask about any dietary restrictions. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated in a contemporary Cuban style. The dining area and the common area are really nice to be in. Finally, I have to mention that Roberto and his family are warm and gracious hosts who kindly endured my broken Spanish. Oh! I should add that the air conditioners work well and there is lots of hot water for showers.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
