we are a family of four and we have a small dog. We are living in an apartmant in the city centre,surrounded by so many shops. As a family we would like to welcome every guest from around the world and make them feel like at home.

About the Area
our house is located very close to the city centre where there are many tourist atractions(like 10 min. to old town nicosia,or 30 min. ride to kyrenia).the tranportation system is not developed in north cyprus but there are some alternatives like renting a car or renting a bike( which the bike station is near our house) to discover nicosia!

House Rules
we would not like smoking inside the house and as ı have 2 children( one aged 10 and the other one is 16) we would not take it nicely coming home after midnight. Also the gıuests can sit down with us in the living room. however if there is no shouting and talking in loud, we will be so happy. Also, the guests are not allowed to enter the other rooms besides their room, kitchen living room and the bathroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
