About the Homestay
I am offering a stay in a huge flat in the centre of Brno. The flat has total of 4 rooms, one huge kitchen with brand new equipment, dining area for 4 (can be up to 6) people, bathroom with bath (not shower box as most flats) and separate toilet. Place for bicycles/motorcycles available. City centre is within a few minutes walk (as well as the castle) or 2 - 4 tram stops (depends on the exact place you want to see). Very strategic location with good transport.

About the Area
The flat is located in charming and historical city quarter called Veveří, which is part of bigger "Brno - center" administrational area of the city. It's therefore one of the most central parts of Brno. It's an old residential area with architectional masterpieces for residents especially from 19th and very early 20th century. These buildings have soul and are the most typical buildings for Brno, not new projects on the perifery, builded solely for the investment purposes. This particular flat is in a great old building over 100 years old, which was for long-time inhabited by a rich family with servants and is up to these days used for living, therefore it's well taken care of but at the same time it's not unpersonal and "cold". In Veveří, you can find Špilberk castle park (and in that park, the castle itself). Further on, you can visit the cathedral and one minute away (from the cathedral) the city centre. From the other side, you can go to Konečného náměstí with stunning buildings from late 19th century (Tivoli palace for example). Veveří is also known for it's famous cafés and popular restaurants and even some music clubs. As it's mostly residential area, it's also quite calm and great for relaxing, too.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
