we are a cool couple enjoying concerts and events production as well as traveling.
Our apartment is very spacious (113m2) and has a strong wifi. There are high ceilings and wooden floors, which adds to the spaciousness.
The guests bedroom is very spacious (35m2).
It has a large (2m x 2m) bed and a sofa that also fits two persons.
The guestroom has its own TV where you can plug ur USB or computer.
We are placed on a perfect spot: in a quieter neighborhood, but 20 minutes walk alongside the river from the heart of the city. If you dont want to walk to the center, you can take a tramway near our home and it will drive you there within 10 minutes. The apartment is just in between the Podoli Yacht club and the water house (Podolska vodarna) and right under Vysehrad castle.
300m from the apartment there are tramways. 5mins from Karlovo namesti (subway B), 10mins from the old town square / Staromestska (subway A). There are several grocery shops and some cafes around.

About the Area
300m from the apartment there is a bus station connecting you with the red subway line (Prazskeho Povstani station). 150m from the apartment you also have several tramways passing through the yellow and the green subway lines and through the city centre.
The city centre as such is about 15minutes walk or 10 minutes by tramway.
5 minutes walk is the swimming pool and right behind the famous Zlute Lazne beach with its famous little Summer bar. The apartment is also 10 minutes walk (uphill) from Vysehrad castle and minutes from a little yacht club.
There are several little groceries shops, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
