We are a friendly family and easy going. We keep the house clean and peaceful and we expect our guests to do the same!
Take off shoes/sandals before entering the house and respect the house rules it’s a must.
Our home located in great suburb where’s surrounding by cafes, restaurant, fitness club, pub and supermarket. All by walking distance.
We required deposit before make the booking and upon arrival guests must prepare the balance of the rent. We also have small dogs so if that’s an issue please go to the next pages! We prefer dogs lover.

Highly recommended ! We enjoyed our stay in Charles place so much, the house is clean and tidy, the bedroom is spacious and comfy. Family members are all so lovely and they got 3 cute little dogs who love pats! We have been treated so well during our stay here.

As a female sole traveller, I was warmly welcomed by the owner Renny, and immediately felt at home and very safe. The house was well-kept, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You are just minutes away from public transport, restaurants, shops, etc. If you are visiting Perth, I highly recommend this place.

Was a nice family home stay with Charles and family relaxed home atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again conveniently located for shopping all walking distance for shops and restaurants and close to city .

Charles and his fam were very welcoming and accommodating. The location of their home is fantastic, being close to restaurants, pubs, public transport, and shops. The house is large and well equipped with every comfort catered for. I’ll be back next time I’m in Perth. Thanks Charles

We had a great experience. Charlie and his family are very lovely and welcoming. They helped us with everything. The house is very clean and close to supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops. We definitely recommend it for anyone. Thanks Charlie for everything.

Kontaktiere die Gastfamilie, um dich nach ihrer Verfügbarkeit zu erkundigen und Fragen über den Aufenthalt zu stellen. Sobald die Gastfamilie ihre Verfügbarkeit für den angegebenen Zeitraum bestätigt hat, kannst du deine Buchung online abschließen.
Wann bezahle ich?
Sobald ein Host bestätigt verfügbar sie sind, können Sie voran gehen und zahlen die15% Vorverkaufsgebühr (maximal 250 $£€ für längerfristige Buchungen) und eine Anzahlung von 25% einer Auswahl von Zahlungen mit: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB und PayPal. Die Kaution wird im Voraus im Namen des Host gesammelt gegen No-Show oder spätere Stornierung zu schützen (innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Ankunft). Sie zahlen dann Gastgeber der Restbetrag bei der Ankunft. Die Anzahlung von 25% Zahlung an den Gastgeber 2 Werktagen nach dem Tag der Anreise gemacht.
