Right behind the Sacré Coeur, our kids going to college have left two empty rooms and since we love company and are experienced hosts, we'd love to share our Montmartre Paris with you. French, english and german spoken. No pets, non smokers only.

We are in the back of Montmartre but in the heart of a foodie area: best boulangerie, best fromagerie, organic shops, you name it, we have it! Easy connection via metro -Lamarck or Jules Joffrin and bus - 80 and . Gare du Nord ten minutes away.

Sylvaine was an awesome hostess, she went beyond the expectations to help me have a wonderful experience in Paris. I felt a sense of safe, peace, and belonging from the moment I entered in her home.

Sylvaine is a very warm hearted person. We went out to dinner together and she showed me around montmartre. It was my first time to go to montmartre and I found out it is a nice place surrounded by good restaurants! She patiently listened to my beginner French, too. If you are looking for a convenient location near Gare du nord, this is the place!

Sylvaine's apartment is well-located north of Sacre Coeur in very cosmopolitan Montmartre. Although she works full-time, it seemed to me that she was always on hand when I needed to chat. I was very comfortable in her home, in her company and truly appreciated the care and attention she gives her guests.
J'ai grand envie d'apprendre parler français, et elle m'aidait, encourageait et corrigeait sans impatience. Je suis vraiment un peu triste que j'ai dû rentrer chez moi, c'était un séjour inoubliable, Sylvaine et Montmartre.Gastgeber-Antwort

I had the most wonderful stay at Sylvaine's place :) The room and the apartment are very beautiful 'parisian style' and there's everything needed. The neighborhood is pretty, safe and lively, plus only some stairs up to Sacre Coeur. And Sylvaine is super friendly person, I warmly recommend this place. Hope to see you again! Johanna
