Wir sind ein 39-jähriges Ehepaar. Unser Sohn und unsere Tochter sind unabhängig. Wir haben ein schönes Gästezimmer, das wir Ihnen anbieten können. Ich spreche gut Englisch. Mein Mann und ich stehen Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung, um Ihnen das authentische Japan zu zeigen. Unser Haus liegt neben Tokio und 25 Minuten mit dem Zug vom Zentrum Tokios entfernt. Der Zug fährt alle 5 bis 10 Minuten. Wir sind eine erfahrene Gastfamilie. Wir helfen Ihnen gerne dabei, Ihren Aufenthalt nicht als Tourist, sondern als Einheimischer zu gestalten. Wir ziehen es vor, dass unsere Altersgenossen unsere Zeit teilen, möchten sie aber auch gerne mit unseren Gästen im Alter von Kindern teilen.

Unser Haus liegt zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Gehen Sie zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Musashi Urawa. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt und mehreren Lebensmittelgeschäften, die rund um die Uhr geöffnet sind. 25 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Tokio. Vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof fährt der Bus zum Flughafen Haneda.

I loved staying with Akiko and her husband Michio so much I decided to stay there again! Akiko is kind, caring, and fun! She loves hearing and telling funny stories. Her large home (by Japanese standards) is absolutely beautiful, modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Her furniture is comfortable, including the beds. It was a perfect and very comfortable stay! There are no pets in the home and no smoking inside the home which was amazing for my many allergies. You can keep food in their refrigerator and use their kitchen and washing machine too. Aikido's English is excellent and she was very willing to help me translate food labels to avoid my allergies. Her husband, Michio, is also a kindhearted person who enjoys shopping and museums. Both Akiko and her husband helped me to accomplish my shopping and site seeing in Tokyo. Her home is an easy walk to the nearest train station which can whisk you to any part of Tokyo. The neighbourhood surrounding her home has a cute little park where you can enjoy seasonal cherry blossom blooms (2 minutes way), a 7-11 convenience store (1 minute away), and many shops at the station including Starbucks and full grocery store (5 minutes away). It is an easy walk with luggage as the terrain is flat and the footpaths are wide. Please stay here and enjoy an authentic Japanese home with friendly, helpful, warm hosts who really do care about making your experience in Japan the exact way you wish it to be. They were supportive without being intrusive. They were absolutely perfect hosts. I arrived as a stranger and we parted as family. I hope to be back soon and will certainly stay with Akiko and Michio.

I loved staying with Akiko! It was really like staying with family. Akiko was so helpful and also really fun to be around. It was really nice meeting her family. The area around their house was very nice as well! It is close to Tokyo, but isn't crowded and has a wonderful park nearby with a lake. I really suggest going here!!

Akiko was an amazing host! Her and her husband were very nice to us and treated us well. The house is beautiful and the room where we stayed was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and everyday we got to try new things. This is definitely a home I recommend!

Wie kann ich buchen?
Kontaktiere die Gastfamilie, um dich nach ihrer Verfügbarkeit zu erkundigen und Fragen über den Aufenthalt zu stellen. Sobald die Gastfamilie ihre Verfügbarkeit für den angegebenen Zeitraum bestätigt hat, kannst du deine Buchung online abschließen.
Wann bezahle ich?
Sobald ein Host bestätigt verfügbar sie sind, können Sie voran gehen und zahlen die15% Vorverkaufsgebühr (maximal 250 $£€ für längerfristige Buchungen) und eine Anzahlung von 25% einer Auswahl von Zahlungen mit: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB und PayPal. Die Kaution wird im Voraus im Namen des Host gesammelt gegen No-Show oder spätere Stornierung zu schützen (innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Ankunft). Sie zahlen dann Gastgeber der Restbetrag bei der Ankunft. Die Anzahlung von 25% Zahlung an den Gastgeber 2 Werktagen nach dem Tag der Anreise gemacht. Diese Zahlung Kaution wird nur zurückerstattet, wenn Sie die Buchung mindestens 7 volle Tage vor der Ankunft stornieren.

E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer und Anschrift von Gast und Gastfamilie sind in einer Bestätigungsmail enthalten, die unmittelbar nach Abschluss einer Buchung an beide Seiten übermittelt wird. Es verstößt gegen unsere Vorschriften, Kontaktinformationen direkt über unser Mitteilungssystem auszutauschen.
