Our home is a beautiful sunny open plan apartment right in the heart of Gracia! Don't be put off the top floor description - it is great for an incidental leg workout and the views from the kitchen/dining room are one of a kind with beautiful sunsets!
The apartment consists of myself and my partner (LGBTQIA+ couple). We have a small extra interior bedroom for guests that has a double bed, bedside table and storage for clothes! Facilities available to use include the kitchen (complete with all utensils), washing machine and bathroom. The toilet is just off the living room however the shower can only be accessed through the main bedroom. We have a curtain separating the room from the bathroom and a door for privacy, so this hasn't been an issue previously. The living room area is a shared space for all to use complete with cute artworks and plants.
We are located right below Placa Raspall where there are two cute bars, one which offers a small tapa with every drink you order (pretty sweet deal!). Gracia is a gorgeous area filled with cute cafes, tapas bars and artisan bakeries. We have plenty of good recommendations so if needed just ask! It's also super close to everything and is just a short walk to the centre of the city and metro access.

Our apartment is located close to the city centre (less then 4km) and a 25 min drive from the airport. Our suburbs boasts a vibrant nightlife with plenty of fun to be had with the locals, especially during the summer months! Gracia is also one of the safest suburbs, where you always feel safe, especially when walking home late at night. The metro stations are a 10 min walk in either direction that will get you just about anywhere around town!
