i have three bedrooms available, a modern, lovely, comfortable double room with a double bed, another large modern comfortable room with twin beds with amazing garden view and a modern comfortable single room suitable for one person. Bedrooms have a desk, chair,lamp, mirror, TV, chester , mini fridge, drawers and wardrobe. My interests range from cooking to travelling. My home is very close to three Local London Underground station (Jubilee Line, Metropolitan Line and Bakerloo line and also overhead trains). I am five minutes away from the bus stop.
My house has four bedrooms with two bathrooms. I live in a very safe and secure neighborhood and its also a quiet road.
I am an outgoing love to meet people from different cultures.
The room rates includes the following services: washing machine usage, clothes dryer usage, dishwasher, microwave oven and internet access and use of the kitchen.
My rooms are excellent for students, tourists or business persons including couples. I have hosted several guests and students from various countries, cultures and respect peoples differences and preferences. They all in their own words found me to be a wonderful host and great company.
My room rates are flexible depending on the number of occupants and length of stay. Overall my rates are very reasonable. I also clean your room if you wish.

Josephine and her family are excellent and kind to guest! We really enjoyed staying at her home. She's a nice lady and willing to share her daily life, UK culture and practicing English with us! The room is nice and tidy, big enough for a longer stay for couple, and with a really nice view to the garden! Heating works fine during colder days. There are occasionally sound heard when the family members are moving around in the house, but it's fairly acceptable (House is quiet most of the time :) ). Walkable distance to the most convenient underground tube "Jubilee Line" and a few supermarkets. Can't complaint and good in value :D Brilliant to have her family as our first home place at UK! Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a place where you feel at home, I advise you to rent a room at Josephine's. I stayed in this house for 1 month. It's a quiet area, public transport is easily accessible. If I were to come back to London, I would definitely book at Josephine's.

Josephine is a kind-hearted person who treats people fairly. The connection to Central London is good. The smallest room is pretty small but budget-friendly.

I spent about 1 year here! It became my room, my home and I can say they became my family. So polite, so nice people and very comfortable rooms. I've never had something to complain! Good location with so many amenities very close to you, Harrow for example, or Wembley Park, just one stop by underground. I miss that place, the family and "my room"! Hope my review may convince you to submit right now this amazing host!
