Hi I would like to host a female or a male student or working person in my home near Camden Market. Its very near to the centre of London and its in a very nice street in Camden town a very lively area. You dont have to walk far to get to the buses or Tube. Its just me living there but I dont mind helping you with your English converstion as Im doing an online TEFL course at the moment.
Theres a nice outside area where you can sit when the British Weather is ok. We do get some sunshine
I like playing piano and singing and I like writing songs.
I also speak French and can understand a bit of Spanish.
I run my own retail business and work from home and at Events.
I can provide meals when Im there and cleaning service if required Dinner is £5 and Breakfast is £4
I will do my best to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
I might even show you around London if you want when Im not working.

Hausregeln
No smoking in the room theres a door in the room you can step outside to smoke.
Minimum age 18 unless you are travelling with parents
No flammable items like candles to be left burning.
No hazardous chemicals to be brought into the apartment.
No loud music after 11pm and keep your Netlix low.
No parties in the room.
No overnight guests unless by prior arrangment.
All damages should be paid for
If you use the kitchen please clean your dishes after yourself.
Apart from that Im quite easy going.
* You can pay cash on arrival or in advance but I will take a deposit by Paypal for the room and if you cancel before arriving half of the homestay period will be payable. If you are there and you change your mind that also applies.
