Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place off Hollywood Blvd. The house is 1 block away from the walk of fame, 5 min drive to Universal Studios. You can see the Hollywood sign from the corner of the block, 7 min to the TCL CHINESE THEATER, 6 min to wax museum
Minutes to the Hollywood sign there is so much to c do just by walking it is the Times Square of Los Angeles. The walk of fame offers so much including shopping and restaurants like the world famous Hard Rock Cafe!
If you decide you would like the whole house all to yourself just rent all the bedrooms and the owner or manager will come meet you at checking with a key to the house but no one else will be staying in the house except you.

Put all dirty sheets and towels by your bedroom door when leaving and all dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave.
Smoking is prohibited indoors, but allowed outside. Any loud music, or partying must be done by midnight, and guests are encouraged to clean up after themselves.
Pets allowed, but please keep the place clean and organized, anything destroyed by the pets must be replaced or compensated, and the same goes for the guests, as the pet fee is $50 per night.
Group gatherings are welcome, and this is a great home for family get-togethers and similar events, with a large front yard and even larger backyard. Respect your housemates boundaries, and please enjoy your stay at the BK House in Los Angeles California.
We do accept payment with cashapp, chime, and paypal, and need to complete the payment and details before arrival. Once payment is received you will receive the house door code, which is changed on a regular basis after each hosting stay.
Please feel free to use the dining room, living room and kitchen at your convenience I want you to feel at home. All dishes and silverware as well as pots and pans provided. Cleaning Fee is $50 per stay.

I crashed her for the night after a concert, and the room did the job. It's a nice, welcoming house with room to park your car. It's about a 10-minute drive from downtown and Route 66.

Die Kaution wird im Voraus im Namen des Host gesammelt gegen No-Show oder spätere Stornierung zu schützen (innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Ankunft). Sie zahlen dann Gastgeber der Restbetrag bei der Ankunft. Die Anzahlung von 25% Zahlung an den Gastgeber 2 Werktagen nach dem Tag der Anreise gemacht. Diese Zahlung Kaution wird nur zurückerstattet, wenn Sie die Buchung mindestens 7 volle Tage vor der Ankunft stornieren.
Wann kann ich meine Kontaktdaten teilen?
E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer und Anschrift von Gast und Gastfamilie sind in einer Bestätigungsmail enthalten, die unmittelbar nach Abschluss einer Buchung an beide Seiten übermittelt wird. Es verstößt gegen unsere Vorschriften, Kontaktinformationen direkt über unser Mitteilungssystem auszutauschen.
