  I've never had to write a review like this, but I feel that future hosts should know what they're getting into. Somaye unfortunately was not a good fit for our house. I don't think she thrives in a shared environment, and had a problem following some simple house rules. She had some complaints during her stay, but nothing indicating that she was very unhappy. One time she texted me at 3:30 am to demand that I turn up the heat. It's a forced air central heating system, it was set quite high, and everyone else was fine. As it turned out, she closed the heating vent in her room, thinking it was the AC (which we don't have). In her review she also accused me of cheating and being dishonest, which is a pretty serious accusation! Because of my fragrance allergy, as a courtesy, I provide free unscented products in the bathrooms. They're high quality products from Whole Foods. She accused me of filling the bottles with some cheap stuff that caused her a skin allergy! Had she asked, I would have shown her the product, and the ingredient list. Also, if it was causing her a problem, she was more than welcome to get her own fragrance-free stuff. She seemed mostly happy while she was here, and even said she was going to come back and stay again...and then left the worst review I'd ever received from any guest. I've hosted a lot of people over the last two years, and while it's impossible to please everyone, this has been by far the worst guest experience ever.
