My apartment is located in La Concepción, an accessible sector that has several lines of transport to get to the place, 15 minutes from the sector of Carolina, sector of Shopping Centers. It has the kitchen area with all its facilities and complete accessories, room for visits, dining room and social dining room, laundry area and laundry drying, social bathroom, the room for rent has private bathroom and the other room for rent shared bathroom. We are three people at home, my husband William Ulloa, my son Fernando Ulloa and I Rocío Torres. The apartment is very comfortable as you can see in the photos that I will send.

Our apartment is located 15 minutes from La Carolina sector, which is the financial sector and shopping centers, there are multiple bus stops to go to different parts of the city. Quiet and very accessible place. Sector of the Bicentennial Park, former Quito airport.

Guests can smoke in the patio, Do not consume alcohol or other drugs in the apartment, do not make scandals, One of the rooms for rent is carpeted, to this room do not enter with shoes, they can make use of the facilities of the area of the laundry. The use of the internet is unlimited. Keep the rooms in order.

This was my first time in Ecuador and it turned out to be a very good visit. Rocio was helpful in so many ways that my visit was smooth without any problems.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
