House with traditional architecture, located near tourist attractions such as Pumapungo Museum, "Puente Roto" Bridge, ''Parque de la Madre" Park, Church of Todosantos in Cuenca. Very close to the Historic downtown.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood where the historic centre of the city begins. We are 1km form the city centre and only from 15 to 20 minutes drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house.
We are close to many tourist attractions such as: Pumapungo Museum and park, Mother`s park, church of Todosantos, the Barranco area, Las Herreriass street, museum of aboriginal cultures.
We have at least two supermarkets 10 minutes walk from the house. At least three clinics and two hospitals at 10 minutes driving. We are 15 minutes driving from two traditional markets. Many nearby restaurants with typical food, fast food and international food.

I loved the house, apartment and location. The river was just steps away for morning walks, and the house was quiet and peaceful while also being just a short walk to the historic area of the city. The breakfasts and dinners were tasty and healthy, and the hosts were super kind and helpful. I plan to return!

I could not have had a better hostess!! Maria knew that I was in Cuenca to study Spanish, and she told me that I couldn't speak English in the house. I absolutely loved it! I stayed in what is called the Music Room. There is a big painting of the head of Jimi Hendrix on one wall, which was a great touch. The house is large and it was immaculate, and the bathroom had everything that you need. She showed me around thoroughly. Maria is a fantastic chef as well. I ate one dinner with her and two breakfasts, and the food and variety were outstanding. I simply can't recommend Maria more highly! If you stay with here, you will not be disappointed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
