About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city. The bus stop is 20 minutes walking. Airport and bus station are 7 minutes driving. Bus station is also a little shopping mall and there are a lot of places near for eating. We also could help you to get thoses places and others carry you on in our car depending of our availability. Our house is in a condo. Social area has a swimming pool and the beach is back our condo. It is a very quite place.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

We do not admit drugs, and behaviors caused under effects of alcohol and drugs.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. You can keep any kind of food in our refrigerator.
Keep clean your bedroom and bathroom.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend, ask first.
You could use the swimming pool in the social area; clean up the area if you have ate o drunk something.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Keep quiet after 10 pm.
Using washing machine has an aditional cost.
We have two strong dogs, please, let us know if they would be an inconvenient, so, we can help to keep them in another place while we owners are out.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
