We are a couple of an artist and enginier who made social project for the nearby communities.
We offer an experience for people who want to reconnect with nature and their principles, meet new people and learn from each other.
This is an exciting opportunity to live an authentic travel and social adventure.
You will enjoy a Tree House with a ART /Wood Workshop and a Logistic Station for our project "VIVIENTES.org"
We are located on a montain area near the beach of Manglaralto and Montañita
Our workshop / house is made from bamboo, it has 2 floors and is OPEN, because we love to be in touch with nature. It is divided in 3 spaces. The workshop / the sleeping couchs and a landscape room (where you can sleep with sleeping bag).
We have bar-b-ques, internet acces, hot water, kitchen, mosquito tents, bicycles. private bathroom and a big garden.
We welcome people who will love to create some art and enjoy some time with the community children, we do volunteer every saturday.
We have no pets but is a rural area so there is a lot of horses, cows and more...

About the Area
We are located on a calm and safe rural area, near on of the famous Beach for Travelers (Montañita). There you have access to a variety of supplies and activities. Manglaralto and Colon are also Beach town near our location, this are more calm and lonely places, perfect for thinking or surfing.
You can access here by bus, you can take it from the bus station - Guayaquil. Is a 3 hours trip.
Our house/workshop is on the mountains you can access by car/taxi/bus/bici/walk.
Remember is 6 km away .
We offer you first day pick-up from manglaralto to our home.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
