This large and private master bedroom grants access to a terrace with 270-degree views of Northern Quito and its surrounding mountains and valleys. Located on the 7th floor H and accessed through a lift, it Inc.: A king-sized bed for 2 guests, Cable TV (Intl. Channels) and large closet. An ensuite private bathroom Inc. A sink, large bathtub-Jacuzzi and shower. Guests also enjoy a shared kitchen Inc.: coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, and 4-gas burners for cooking, dinner-glassware.

No excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages, no smoking in rooms. No loud music, no drugs, Silence is appreciated after 21:30 till 7:00 am. Visitor 1 at the time and stays in the living room.

Staying at Soar’s home was wonderful, she is communicative, kind and friendly. The apartment building rooms were spacious with panoramic views of the city. It was well-equipped clean and furnished with good taste. I had my own key and security was 24/7, I felt very safe. The price was very reasonable and the location was walking distance to the Quicentro Mall, the market and the Carolina Park. I do recommend staying there.

The place was beautiful. Every morning I woke up to a view that can not be explained with words. Soar, went out of her way to help me navigate around the city with maps and incredible advice. She even provided service to and from the airport, which was great. I would recommend her service.

Fue muy buena experiencia, muy eficiente y conveniente. Es una muy buena opción para localizar y conseguir opciones de hospedaje. El alojamiento de Soar es una buena opción, una habitación muy adecuada y cómoda, con acceso a sala, cocina, baño compartido, una buena opción económica, con una vista de la ciudad muy hermosa, muchas gracias

I ended up staying an extra night with Soar, and I felt quite emotional when I had to leave! A beautiful apartment, yes, but more important than that was the warmth given to me but this amazing woman! She looked after me and helped to ensure that my introduction to Quito was happy, comfortable and I genuinely felt at home within hours! Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt I was in the way, even when I took over the kitchen! Thank you, thank you, thank you Soar, I shall miss you xx
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
