The apartment is located in a four-story building that is My mom, there have departments fully independent income. The apartment where we have 2 rooms to accommodate foreign guests is where I live with my mom we have a little big department and we want to make better use.
We currently have a large room furnished with closet for a guest has either a bathroom shared with visits however we do not receive many or use our bathrooms.
The second bedroom is smaller and would use the bathroom in the first room.
In August we have the largest free full private bathroom.
We have kitchen and large dining room throughout the house there is internet access and we will also have security cameras for public access in the building.
There is a terrace for sunbathing or fresh air.
I speak English and Portuguese.
We really like pets have a cat that is quiet and does not cause problem.
The building is located in the neighborhood Vincentian this is in the Quito-The Center has a favorable location can be reached within 10 min of the historic center of Quito, in 5 minutes to the area universities, 10 min to the square foch and in 20 to 30 minutes north or south. There are several lines of public transportation one block from the building.
My mom is a person of 65 years is Jubilada is engaged in activities that age is totally independent, I am Electronic Engineer Telecommunications work near the house every day I go lunch.

About the Area
Our location is excellent for everyone tourists, students, workers because it is close everything and have a variety of public transportation.
We are 5-10 min from the historic center.
A 1 or 2 min walking we can take a bus.
Nearby we have Itchimbía tourist park is 15 min.
Plaza Foch which is the largest amusement place of Quito is 10 min by car or bicycle.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
