We have a small apartment close to the Ejido Park, and The Foch place, very nearest to the center of Quito. In a main avenue, close to the central university of Ecuador. You can finf near place to eat, place to walk, place to party, and a lot of market and supermarkets. We live in a building of three floors in the last floor, the next floor is the terrace. We have wifi, and a room with closet and bed for two. I speak english because i was living in a homestay in Toronto, Canada for a year. I live with my couple and we are fun and quiet, we are 29 years old. I hope to see you. We also speak spanish as a native languages.

About the Area
The apartment is located in the north center of Quito, near two lines of public transport, one the trolebus for marshal, and another one the metro stop Perez Guerrero, we are 15 minutes walking from the Foch square, nightclub, bars and restaurants recognized , 5 minutes walking from El Ejido park, and 5 minutes walking from the Central University of Ecuador. We live on the top floor of the small apartment building, with two comfortable and comfortable rooms. The room has a double mattress, closet, tv and free wifi, the floor follows the apartment is the terrace of the building.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
