It is a spacious 2-storey room, kitchen, dining room, 6 bedrooms one of them exclusively for visitors. The house is very bright, classic and wooden construction style My husband Fernando is professor of mathematics and I have my independent activities. Alejandra is guide in a museum of religious art, Paul and Annie are students. We love nature, music, art and sports.

About the Area
Our house is located in the center-north of the city of Quito, Miraflores neighborhood, close to hospital IESS and one block from the Central University of Ecuador. Near our house there are several bus lines to reach the center, north and south of the city, from our house to the city center and walking 30 minutes 15 minutes ago in bus. Miraflores is a residential and quiet neighborhood, we are very wax the cable car and the protected forest of San Juan and 20 minutes from the pink zone of the city, is easily accessible to those sites either on foot or by bus. We have security guards 24h00 the day

House Rules
Do not make too much noise. Do not invite strangers home without telling me beforehand. You can use the kitchen at any time but you use what you have to wash it. Keep doors locked from the outside because the bolt. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would your own.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
