Location near to the capital of Ecuador, Quito valley, and in a development where there are few houses all of the family. It is a very quiet atmosphere with large green spaces but with all the facilities to address cuaqluier part of town. My house is spacious with a beautiful view of the valley and Tumbaco Cumbaya. The house has all the amenities of a modern home on one level. I, the owner I am a lawyer and I live with my kids. We like a quiet home environment but we remain sociable and most of all we like to walk by Ecuador and supporting sports especially my oldest son on the down hill. Everyone in the family study and work; May son is in college and the small school.

About the Area
Our house is in the Valley situadada Cumbaya. Via Simon Bolivar or via Tunnel Guayasamin into that valley is noted. After you pass the interchange at Miravalle 1 towards Cumbaya, up to the Mobil Gas station is lowered by one to cross the footbridge. At the gas station take a taxi and goes to the village of Tanda, Eugenio Espejo down the street from the station and is walking more Gasoline about a km and you reach the corner of the valley urb. We are 10 minutes from the capital and half an hour from the airport. Front of my house there is a shopping center with several options as to medicines, food or clothing.

House Rules
At home we have bonded so we should all work together to keep it clean and tidy. So we are a team to fulfill their obligations each and there must be respect. We are always in communication to know what our plans and daily projects and to care for one another. We do not like snuff, or liquor, nor do anything that we sometimes insecurity or instability. Pets that we are away from home. Music and television are no problem as long as it's not late at night because we do not like the noise. There are limitations in using the facilities of the house as if you were a family member, but we appreciate the order and cleanliness in all areas of the house and if you use something must be left clean. Also with clothes that can be washed but dried and stored immediately; the same room so clean and tidy.Visitors can always be received as they are known and there is some level of friendship or relationship, we do not want to be insecure and all this must be previously arranged with me as Head of Household. You will be considered a member of a traditional family and why you should consider its members and the house as their own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
