The house is detached and is in a set of 10 houses. We have two rooms that share a bathroom. In the attic there is a TV room and a gym. We have an employee who is responsible for the daily cleaning and cooks very well. The whole house is very bright, have a small garden with a table where we had lunch on weekends. The house is located in Cumbaya, where one of the best universities in the country, housed. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to several shopping centers and places for recreation and parks where you can go biking and climbing.
We currently live my husband and I, but our children visit us reguralmente. The largest of these is climber and nature lover and walks. The second is about to graduate from chef.

About the Area
Our house is located in the valley of Cumbaya. A quiet area surrounded by nature but also of many shopping centers, restaurants and places to practice sport.
The bus stop is five minutes walk. We are 20 minutes from downtown Quito.

Smoking indoors is not allowed, you can do in the garden without any problem.
Keeping the home safe.
You can use the kitchen if you want, but please keep it clean.
Do not make much noise at night.
Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend, you must be sure to know him well.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
