Marianita of Jesus lives alone in a house located in the housing complex called Genoa II, it's a nice neighborhood gardens filled with semi-detached houses on a site north of the city of Quito.
The house is three stories, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two studies, no kitchen and comerdor extending a room. The part that inhabit the Board is completely independent in the third floor with a very spacious and cozy bedroom and separate a nice studio where you can make your study activities or reading. The house is very beautiful, airy, brightly lit and every space of the house is very cozy.
Mariana spends all day at home because it works from there, he comes to running their errands in the morning going about a day. He likes to watch TV, have a tiny pet york shire. The house a housekeeper who is responsible for cleaning the house, doing the laundry and make dinner.

Smoking indoors is not allowed, there is a part out of the house is a small garden space with chairs to sit and smoke outside.
Please keep the safe house and close the front door using two keys to the front door despite the set has two wardens and people entering and leaving are identified. If you want to cook and eat at home just tell me and we can coordinate with the maid. There will always be cooked breakfast every day and arrange what you like for breakfast. It is free to use the kitchen but must clean when finished. Reduce noise Parasa midnight please do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend, you must get agree with me before.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
