I live in a 3 story house. Downstairs my doctor's office works for menopausal women. On the second floor I live alone, I have no husband .. On the third floor living my son Enrique Andres, 27, who is single
My house is located in the north of the city of Quito, capital of Ecuador in South America. Opposite the main house is a house that has all the amenities for two. It has two floors. At the top there is a single bed and a half, with large closets and desk. Downstairs, there is a kitchenette, mini fridge, hob and a bathroom. It faces a garden where grow my vegetables.
Guests do not need to go to the main house. It has its own entrance

Home speaks English and Spanish. I have a big garage for four vehicles. Guests are not allowed to strangers and should keep the house in order. The bed is square and a half, but if guests are thin, could be occupied by two people without any problem.

About the Area
My house is located north of the City of Quito, Calle Nazacota Puento Oe-2-35 and Orianga. It is easy to reach if you take the December 6th Avenue until it ends at an interchange with Galo Plaza or Avenida Panamericana Norte.
The bus stop, which leads to the city center, is one block

House Rules
We prefer people not to smoke, but if the host does, there is no problem, since the small suite is completely independent. After midnight the noise is not allowed. You can not invite strangers into the house, or casual partners. You are requested to keep the house clean and tidy. I have an employee who is ready to meet any need.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
