My house is located in the north of the city of Quito, capital of Ecuador in South America. Opposite the main house is a house that has all the amenities for two. It has two floors. At the top there is a single bed and a half, with large closets and desk. Downstairs, there is a kitchenette, mini fridge, hob and a bathroom. It faces a garden where grow my vegetables.
Guests do not need to go to the main house. It has its own entrance
Home speaks English and Spanish. I have a big garage for four vehicles. Guests are not allowed to strangers and should keep the house in order. The bed is square and a half, but if guests are thin, could be occupied by two people without any problem.

We prefer people not to smoke, but if the host does, there is no problem, since the small suite is completely independent. After midnight the noise is not allowed. You can not invite strangers into the house, or casual partners. You are requested to keep the house clean and tidy. I have an employee who is ready to meet any need.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile.
