My husband and I live in an apartment north of Quito, has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc. It is a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, a comfortable patio and bbq area if you want to enjoy some time together a barbecue, and the entire department is bright. There are good transport, but also have self if we can pick up from somewhere.
My husband is a social communicator and I am visiting doctors. We like to watch movies and enjoy outdoor walks. I like to swim and I do it once a week. We 3½ years married and have no children.
We have great hospitality and a comfortable room to offer.

Our department is located north of Quito, you have several bus routes that let you near our apartment, plus or minus 5 minutes you get to the bus station, you have a large shopping center near the apartment and are approximately 30 minutes shopping area of Quito, is a quiet and safe area.

Keep the room tidy, not make noise after 12 at night, do not invite strangers please, especially if you're not home.
You are free to use any area but leave it in order when you finish.
Smoking indoors is not allowed, if you want to do can go to court and not to throw butts on the floor.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
