I live with my housband and my cat Tomás in a beautiful apartment in the north of Quito. It has big rooms (2) and 3 bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom. The room is big and has a king size bed. The kitchen is big and confortable with all the necessary things to cook. It is separate from the dining room which is also big ang has a bautiful view of the north part of the city. The living room is perfect to read a book or enjoy the chimeney.
There is a laundry area too where you can wash and dry your clothes and an extra bedroom with bathdroom for housekeeping.
The apartment is in the 5th floor and downstairs there is a pool with roof if you like to swim, sauna and turco facilities. It has elevator.
The apartment its 10 minute walk to one of the biggest shopping mall of the city, there is supermarkets, restaurants and a big park if you like to run, it is call La Carolina and its one of the biggest green areas in the north of Quito.
The nighborhood is a residential area and It is secure too.
I dont have a car but public transportation its 3 minutes walking.

About the Area
The apartment is located on the north side of Quito in a safe neighborhood called Bellavista. The airport is 45 minutes away.
The public transportation is 3 minutes walking but you can also walk because there is supermarket, cinema, shopping centre, Carolina Park, restaurants and cafes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
