We live with my wife and daughter in a residential citadel in northern Quito; the kitchen is large with table daily and extends into a living room and dining room where there is the entrance to the room available with bathroom; it up a couple of steps is the room and next to this a comprehensive study; to the other extreme are 2 rooms that use the family and one more than is normally available, because my son only comes in short vacation.
My immediate family is my wife and my daugther. We live in a residential area in the nort of Quito; We have a spacious kitchen-diner, a dining room and lounge next to the guest room. A living room area is Between That and the other rooms, are 3 rooms, but one of them is empty except When my son come here in some holidays. in front of the living room We Have the study room with 3 desks and three computers.

Our house is located north of the city of Quito, in a residential, quiet and safe area (Cdla. California High)

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
