Consuelo, Evelyn and Daniela are a very warm family that lives in central-north of Quito, in a large house with three flat and live the second and third floor. On the second floor is the kitchen, dining room and a large room, this whole area has large windows with a beautiful view of the city, on this floor there is a room. On the third floor there are 4 bedrooms and a study. There is also a large terrace overlooking the city, the mountains and the Metropolitan park whose entrance is a few blocks from the house.
Consuelo spends all day at home, Evelyn university student Daniela and works all day in a company. We love to go for a walk around town, going to the movies, to dance and to adapt to the activities of the guests.
The house is located near the financial center and shopping centers and 20 minutes from Historic Downtown, one of the main tourist attractions.

About the Area
Our house is located in the center-north of the city, 4 blocks access to the Metropolitan Park where you can hike, jog, bike ride through the forest. 10 minutes walking is the Olympic Stadium, 3 malls and Carolina Park. In this area you will find public transport to different areas of the city. We are 45 minutes from the International Airport of Quito.
The city has several tourist attractions, 20 minutes by car lies the historic center of the city with great attractions, museums, restaurants and churches in colonial style. A 45 minutes away is the monument of the Middle of the World where you can in the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere at the same time. Furthermore if you like fun night bars and restaurants within minutes of the residence.
Quito is a few hours of other attractions like Mindo, Otavalo, Cotopaxi, bathrooms, etc. and if you want to travel 5 or 6 hours you can reach the beach or head to the jungle in the opposite direction. In eight hours you get to the second most important in the country, Guayaquil, with nearby beaches as Salinas and Montañita town. In five days you can visit three different regions: Pacific Coast, Sierra and Amazonia. "Like nowhere else, all in one place, so close"

Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is a terrace where smoking is allowed.
Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend first consult it with me.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
