My house is in a small town called Conocoto, it is in a valley, near to Quito city. I live with my two kids the older one is 21Steven the younger is Jean Paul,13 years they are studying and Bella my dog, I am widow. There are a single bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a studium, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a garage, a small garden, we like to travel, watching movies, visit our relatives and specially we love cooking my kids speak spanish and I am an English teacher so I speak and write both languages

About the Area
Our house is located on the south east of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are only 15 minutes from Quito downtown. The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the house. There are many attractions nearby like pools, cafés, bars, malls, community services, big parks (Parque Metropolitano, Parque La Moya) you can go cycling, walking, jogging, barbecues areas, etc. And if you want to enjoy gastronomy our town has the best dishes form our country

Meals

He / She must respect privacity, the same like us, and he must have good values sucha as: (honesty, respect, integrity, solidarity, etc). Thanks God I have two nice kids and they are growing in a warm home and I am a model for them, because their father is Jesus now. Also he/ she has to be clean I don´t like messy people, please

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
