Come and feel happy renting an affordable new apartment. This nice and safe apartment is a good option. It has a perfect location in the new town of Quito at just one block to a big Supermarket where you can buy from groceries to clothes. Turning right in the corner there is an ATM, pharmacy, and bakery. Few steps you can take different buses or taxi to Old town (at 20 minutes) and Mariscal (at 15 minutes). Crossing the main street there is a small park with exercise machine to do for free or walk around 10 minutes walk to Carolina park (big park in Quito) and to Quicentro Mall. At just two blocks you will find a laundry place.
This apartment is very spacious and in the second floor building and it has two rooms from 1 to 6 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, 1 ½ bathroom hot shower, spacious two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Free Wi-fi and cable TV. You will find restaurants walking around the neighborhood.
Clean bedding, towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

About the Area
The apartment is located in the new town close to all you need. At just few steps to supermarket, parks, pharmacy, ATM, bakery. 10 minutes to Carolina Park. At 30 minutes walking to Mariscal area. You can take taxi or bus at just to few steps. My parents live in the first floor and my dad is a doctor for emergency he can help you.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
