Our house is located on the outskirts of the city 10 minutes from the best area of Guayaquil where you can find various entertainment venues such as shopping malls, restaurants, theaters and visit open-air museum, inside the citadel in celestial city have a piazza with bank, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy and stationery where you can buy closely what do they need.
We live in the house my husband, my daughter and myself. We have a guest room with a queen bed, private bath, hot water, TV, air conditioning and internet access. Additional mind you will have free pass to the social club of the citadel (tennis, fitness facility, tennis, football, basketball, table tennis) The house has a garden in the front and back patio with trees, hammock, a sitting room and dining room, where they can sunbathe etc. In the urbanization can walk in bisicleta.

About the Area
Our home is located within a private family citadel with guardiania, 2 minutes from downtown piazza Ciudad Celeste. Additional mind we are 1 minute walking social club where the courts and swimming pools.
The line of buses to the terminal every 15 minutes walk from the exit of the citadel, if they have own car or taxi out we are 25 minutes from the bus terminal and international airport.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the river and schoenstatt Sanctuary.
You can go biking by urbanization or the bike path located 4 minutes off Cerulean City.

-Do Not, sing or shout bothering others, play instruments loud, slamming doors when entering or leaving a room.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
