We live in a nice and quiet suburb of La Plata near downtown. Many transportation services are nearby such as bus, train and taxis.

It is a very big house with a 60x15mts yard. Occupied by my family, me, my wife and 2 kids. It is located in a very peaceful area about 2km from downtown La Plata. There are several cheap transportations and fast as buses or taxis.

Well, it is located in a quiet middle and high middle class suburb, very close to downtown La Plata. Many transportation options are nearby and my house is provided with all services, water ,electricy, gas, internet (wifi), cable HD TV. We have a Gym accross the street and lot of stores nearby. The master room we provide has a private kitchen and balcony. La Plata is house to the Universidad Nacional de La Plata university, which is 100% free as all public education is in Argentina both to natives and foreigners. The university of La Plata has all major carriers and has world wide renown. The university is about 20 mins from our house.

The room is upstairs, the house has 3 entrance door, they can acces the one they want. We have a kitchen downstairs that we use and a private one next to their room upstairs and a balcony. We have no problem in sharing with the guests as long as they are kind people. We have 3 computers, wifi running in the house, HD TVs with HD cable channels. We wouldn't even mind share a match of scrabble or cards if they like. The house has a really large yard 60mts x 15mts with a swimming pool and a nice construction where we can barbacue the guests a famous Argentine "Asado Criollo" (grilled meat in embers) it has a big stereo and a bathroom. Just remember that we have 2 small kids, but if the guess want to stay up late, listen to music or watch movies, they can totally do it at the construction outside.

We will be to the guests what they want us to be, if they want us to treat them as family we will have no problem, we will always provide them with anything they need. But if the guests want more privacy we will totally give it to them, it is their vaccations after all!

The neighbour is a typical middle-high middle class Argentine neighbourhood. It is quiet, but we have a gym accross the street and a computers store. There are several stores around and we are 2 blocks from a main avenue. You can find Heladerías, where they sell typical Argentine craft helado that is same as Italian Gelatto. There are restaurants and food shops in the area and people are mainly friendly.

Getting to our neighbourhood is pretty easy and there are lots of transportation services nearby. We include parking with roof, whitin the house, and the streets parking in the neighbourhood are not charged and it is not a very commuted place, so people park their cars in their garages, there is plenty of space on the street. From the airport you can either take a couple of buses, trains o just a taxi, it is not really expensive from Ezeiza Airport to Tolosa, around 600 pesos, I think that is the best option as if you don't know the foreing language taking several trains and buses can be difficult (around 70 pounds or 100 dollars).

The house is pretty nice, modern and spacy, but as we have kids, it wont be 100% quiet. Kids mainly play on their PCs. But if you have kids or siblings/nephews, you know how they are.
