Occasionally guests unwittingly transgress
my home policies, so below is a refresher for your perusal, so we are clear.
Security Cameras are on-site.
(NB stop changing spa settings! Too many problems result!)
1.Guest profiles must be verified please for security purposes.
2.Smoking outside only.
No drugs on premises either.
3.Close windows / lock all doors when going out, as climate can change quickly with high wind / rain, and dogs need to be safe inside.
4.Respect and care for quality fittings and property assumed and of course expected. ( ie no backpacks etc jammed against quality lamps etc )
Please ask if you wish to use any more expensive formal kitchenwares or furnishings, as some are delicate and require knowledge to safely use.
5.Guest is financially responsible for any possible damages or loss to property / possessions and anyone else guest brings in to my home.
Host contact details are not to be given out by guest without my consent.
6.Guests are expected to keep the kitchen and bathroom reasonably clean after use.
Please wipe all bench tops after use.
7.Guest is financially responsible for any visitors behaviour and/or damages if that occurs also.
It is preferred you ask if you wish to have someone visit.
8. Charge is $25 per extra person per night.
I must be informed in advance and asked if this is ok, as it is a private residence.
9.Guests are expected not to take towels, adaptors, brochures etc with them when checking out, as the next people in will need them.
10.Host's personal toiletries, food and special condiments are not for guest use unless host is asked and permission given.
11. Internet is a courtesy, and not intended to be used as a full time office during your stay, which risks exceeding monthly limit and budget.
12. Guests are not to light candles.
13. Pet security is paramount!
Check all pets safely in doors and accounted for before leaving my home.

I truly enjoyed my time staying at Mark's house. Mark was an awesome host and friendly. I also loved his pets. The room was very comfortable and I was really amazed at the suroundings and fascinated by Mark's love for Vintage furniture and antiques. A very unique experience. A lovely little Haven to retreat in. Would love to stay again. Thank you so much Mark

Mark is a gracious Host - if you are looking for a modern clinical and the norm - Marks home is not the place for you. If you are looking for something that has character ambience and a unique feel - full of character whilst being close to the Cronulla & Sylvania side to Sydney it's ideal. Mark who is very creative, has and is making his home a place to heighten anyone's senses - I really appreciated the garden space with 4 seperate lounging spaces where you can get some sun - hide under a tree - enjoy a book or just chill. My room was like stepping into a Venician Gondonala - French provincial - truly antique with the rest of the home bathed in Egyptian history and tiding everything together. Life is about experience - whether it's for a short term stay or longer - Marks home provides a space that anybody can appreciate if they too also appreciate life,art and creativity - Enjoy!

We stayed over New Years Eve and it was Absolutely Wonderful: the host did unforgettable night to make us happy-he cooked Delicious food and entertainment was good. The location is the Best to meet NY Eve- you can see from the balcony Opera house and Harbour Bridge. Host's dogs are lovely and lively:) Thank you very much for being good host.
