It was the worst experience we had in Canada. We would not recommend this accommodation to anyone! Be careful with the damage deposit: We were subsequently accused of alleged damage to a wall and the deposit of 400 CAD was retained. Host was not present when leaving the accommodation. Refunds should be made via PayPal. However, the money was simply withheld.
After being informed that we had damaged the wall, we received no further messages. We just got blocked. Our email inquiries went unanswered. We have not received any photos of this damage to date. Our complaints were unsuccessful, although we took photos when we moved in and out because we had a bad feeling about this accommodation right from the start.
Regarding the actual accommodation: I can agree with Johannes' assessment. The 40 CAD cleaning fee is outrageous as the room was uncleaned and dirty. Bed sheets weren't fresh, just straightened out. The building, the room and the furniture made a worn and neglected impression on us. The bathtub seemed very unstable, one had the feeling that it could break.

I cannot recommend a stay due to several reasons:
Very unclean room, especially the unclean bedsheets, we didn’t feel comfortable at all
wlan/internet did not work during our stay and could not be solved.
really loud noises early in the morning (7 am) directly in front of our room by family members.
We didn’t get check in information although we paid two days before our stay , we had to call Sidhu twice.

Really nice place, very warm, the small kitchen works very well. Sidhu is very polite and helpful with whatever you need. It's not the most silent place though, so keep that in mind if you are looking for silence. It wasn't a problem for us.

Sidhu was great!
We arrived from Australia and she was more than understanding. The place was spotless and just perfect for a nap before heading for our next flight

Una vez que el anfitrión confirma que está disponible, podrás pagar el% en concepto de comisión 15% (máximo de 250 $£€ para reservas de larga duración) y un depósito del 25% mediante: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal. El depósito se cobra por adelantado en nombre del anfitrión para protegerse cuando el huésped no se presenta o cuando hay cancelaciones de última hora (dentro de los 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada). El resto de la cantidad, se le pagará al anfitrión en la fecha de llegada.
