This home is in a very good location for walking to the University, shops, restaurants and an artisan market.
Vivian is very accommodating but M street is a very busy one-way street and not as relaxing of a place that I had hoped for.Respuesta del Anfitrión

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Breakfasts were plentiful, fruit, omelette, toasted sandwiches, fruit juice, coffee and toast which set us up for the day. Cheap restaurant called Loco nearby. Vivienne was kind enough to ring up a car tour company that I booked before we went to Cuba as i had entered the incorrect address. Vivienne and her staff are friendly and she has a neighbour that spoke good English who helped us out a lot. We also got picked up from the airport arranged by the host (which we paid extra for).

Nice clean ensuite room in a good location round the corner from Havana University and a wifi hotspot. Vivian was friendly and helpful. A good choice in Vedado.

I had a great experience staying at Vivan's. The room was clean and had the necessary amenities. Vivan helped me with all the details to move around Havana. She also provided breakfast for additional 5 CUC which had eggs, toast, fresh juice, fruits and coffee. The house is in the heart of the vedado and walking distance from malecon. There are many bars and restaurants at walking distance from Vivians house and is very safe at night. I would definitely stay at Vivans next time when I am in havana

Vivian was a lovely and hospitable host who offered a nice clean room and a good breakfast for an extra 5 CUC.
The casa was located very near to lots of restaurants, hotels and wifi points so was a great location as you could walk everywhere.
She even let me stay in the room longer than intended the next day as I had a long haul flight late evening and need somewhere to shower and pack before I left, this was much appreciated!

Vivian is a wonderful person. She provided a very nice room with an en suite bathroom, tv and a fridge stocked with 2 bottles of water everyday. The room was cleaned daily and the staff she has working there are also fun and friendly. For 5 CUC / day she made a beautiful and hearty breakfast usually consisting of a grilled ham and cheese sanwich, eggs, 3 types of cubed fruit, coffee, and freshly squeezed juice.
I cannot recommend her highly enough. She made me feel like family while I was there and when I return to Cuba, I will stay with her again. Besos y Abrazos.Respuesta del Anfitrión

¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de 250 $£€ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión.
