Our assistance is guaranteed, for any problem that arises: we know the country and its inhabitants: we have always been determined to work so that our clients feel satisfied and happy. For this, we provide accommodations and much more.
We are in the center of Trinidad, in the center of everything good and useful: Banks and Stores, Etecsa Communication, Viazul Bus Terminal, Artisan Markets, Museums. Very, very close to the famous entertainment places of the city, places of fun, shows and dance.
So near to International Clinic.
Our House is entirely at first floor, absolutely without stairs.
We have a room, with a double and a single bed, with all the comforts, air conditioning, private bathroom with hot and cold water day and night, wi-fi, hair dryer.
We have laundry service. Taxi service.

Nuestros clientes tendrán derecho, si quieren, a una cena al precio extraordinario de Euro 2 (leyeron bien, dos Euro) por persona, con menú restringido pero rico, preparado en casa, abundante y de cultura cubana: arroz con frijoles, con acompañamiento de malangas o boniato o yuca, es decir lo que el País brinda actualmente.
Por favor, tengan presente la comodidad de cenar en su casa, sin tener que buscar restaurantes por aquí por allá, de toda forma caros, ahorrando pues dinero para poder salir de fiesta más tarde.

We had a good stay with a very nice family. They offer a tour booking service, which we very appreciated (at the time we were there we could choose among three different tours offered). The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. The location of this casa particular was also good - a calm street and we could reach all places by foot. We very much enjoyed our stay in Trinidad.

I really enjoyed my stay with Edelis. Great room and a fantastic breakfast every morning. I was well looked after and I was helped to find my way around Trinidad. Umberto and Edelis were super kind to me and I will keep in contact with them. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Sometimes something happens in our lives that allows us to calm down and feel happily part of the world. That happened to us when Pol came to stay at our Hostel. With him, we had conversations, shared jokes, expressed opinions that brought to light the awareness of a deep, reciprocal human and ideal recognition.
Pol, we will never forget you, you have two sincere friends in this part of the world.

Hosts were nice and welcome was warm. Room was clean and comforting. We also had filled fridge (water & beer & cola for purchase), warm water was always available and we had additionally a fan to the A/C. Edelis also helped us with Booking our activities & gave directions which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately Wifi was not available at all and they did not make it work for us. The third night the A/c was turned off completely by the hosts
Breakfast was only Provided the first morning. On that day Edelis prepared homemade pancakes, fresh fruits, fresh juice and a good coffee. The other mornings it was not offered.

1 Wifi was not available but not for our fault. The wifi connection in Cuba is not so good every time.
2 Air conditioning has been removed because you had not turned off during the day, and we turned it on at your arrival.
3 You asked for breakfast only for the first morning. You didn't read well the informations about our services, and I repeat here for other people: breakfast is NOT incluyed in the price. NOT, it's easy. So, if you don't ask for it we of course don't prepare it. It's so easy.

This is a very nice casa with a large room and a good shower. It is clean and centrally located. The breakfast (5CUC) was worth every penny. It was enough to last all day! A nice place to stay and I recommend this casa. Edelis is a decent host and her husband speaks English, Italian and French, so he can help put with communication.

¿Cómo se hace una reserva?
Ponte en contacto con el anfitrión para comprobar su disponibilidad y preguntar todo lo necesario sobre la estancia. Una vez que el anfitrión confirme que está disponible para esas fechas, podrás confirmar la reserva.
¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de 250 $£€ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión. Todos nuestros anfitriones han sido informados de que si desean solicitar un pago por adelantado, deben indicarlo claramente en el perfil.
