Casa Lucilo y Nirma

We really enjoyed our stay in Vinales with Alex.
The casa is located in the perfect location. Close to the center of Vinales and close to the valley. The room was very clean and there is wifi. The breakfast was lovely (eggs, pancakes, fruit juice, coffee bread). Alex has a great vibe and is really nice to his guests. He can arrange you some activities in the envirements as horse back riding in the valley. The casa has a lovely roof top terrace with a lot of plants, really nice to relax. Would totally recommend it!

Cute house in Vinales! Host's were very nice and helpful! Me and my friends stayed for 3 nights in rooms on the second floor. Rooms were very modern with comfortable beds. One weird thing there was no door on the bathroom. Just a heads up! Vinales wakes up early! Alarm clock not needed, first the roosters start, then the dogs barking and then pineapple salesman calling "piña" loudly. But we loved being in the country side since we are weird small town Icelanders.

Yunior and his parents were very welcoming and friendly. Although we did not speak to Junior extensively, his mum and dad really took care of us. The breakfast was incredible and very filling. Yunior's mum - Nirma was very sensitive to my partner's dietary requirements and cooked alternative breakfast dishes for her. This was the best breakfast we had in Cuba during our month's stay on the island. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. Again this casa had the best bathroom of our stay, powerful and hot shower, which is rare in Cuba. Nirma even did our laundry for free! I would really recommend this casa as a place to stay while in Vinales.

Yunior is a great host with a lovely family. The bedroom I stayed is awesome and the bathroom is excellent. Complete breakfast, perfect to give you energy to do all the hikes Vinales have to offer. Yunior was really helpful organizing all the sights for me as watching the sunrise at Los Aquáticos, Cayo Jutias, Santo Tomas and visiting the campesinos way of live. The patio is perfect for taking a break in a rocking chair, Vinales way of life. Close downtown and next to the Main Street and central plaza. Fully recommend it.

Yunior and his family had a beautiful home, that was modern and very clean. We felt at home and relaxed. They have a great location, only a few blocks from the main street and a great view of the sunrise. They provided us with lots of information on what to do in Viñales, including an informative handbook on all the possible tours. They were always friendly and helpful, serving a fantastic breakfast (for vegetarians too!). A lovely family who welcomed us with open arms. Would definitely return!
