Hola, somos una pareja romana que vive en un departamento en una zona residencial muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Estamos en el distrito de San Giovanni / Appio Latino, es un área muy conveniente para viajes a cualquier parte de la ciudad, bien comunicada por transporte público. Nuestro apartamento es agradable, en la habitación encontrará un hervidor de agua, aire acondicionado, wi-fi, secador de pelo, botiquín de primeros auxilios, guías en francés e inglés en Roma, aperitivos, selección de té.
Vivimos en un piso acogedor muy cerca del centro de Roma. La habitación es luminosa, baño privado. Comodidades: tetera, galletas, juego de aseo, aire acondicionado, wi-fi, secador de pelo, plancha de pelo, aire acondicionado, ventiladores, etc.
Estamos muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, cerca de todos los servicios que necesita: restaurantes, mercado, tiendas de todo tipo, bar.
Desde la primavera hasta temprano, también puede disfrutar de un gran patio. No está permitido en la cocina.
Siempre estaremos aquí para ayudarte. Nos complace compartir con usted, queremos que disfrute de la ciudad, si tiene necesidades especiales, por favor díganos, lo haremos Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para satisfacerlo en un rango razonable. Hay un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina y la parada de autobús es la calle. Nuestra familia vive en el centro de la ciudad, a solo 20 minutos a pie desde la estación de autobuses hasta la estación de autobuses, a 10 minutos en autobús o metro, hay dos paradas de autobús en nuestra calle y otra parada de autobús a 3 minutos, que te lleva a los lugares más famosos de la ciudad y la parada de metro que está a 5 minutos a pie de casa. También estamos cerca de Appia Antica y sus antiguas ruinas (Catacumbas). Si lo desea, podemos organizar un plan para ver lo mejor de la ciudad de acuerdo con sus intereses.

Normas de la casa
The following rules are the result of our experience, sadly not always pleasant. Please don't be offended.
If you decide to book with us it means that you agree with all the rules!!!
- Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time 3 days before.
- Kitchen is not allowed to guests, pls don't ask for it
-Check in time is after 4pm and within 11pm
Check in after 11pm will be charged 25 Euros to pay at the moment of the arrival.
If you need just to leave your suitcases before the check in time just ask and we can make an agreement ( we need time to set up the room after other guests leaving and clean properly for your stay to be confortable)
-Check out is strictly within 9am
Check out before 7am are charged 25 Euros to pay at the moment of leaving or the night before.
-It is forbidden to return home drunk!
-Please avoid to make noise nuisance like hairdryer after 11pm
-Laundry is charged 5 Euros soap included, we don't have a dryer, so pls consider it will need time to dry your cloths depending on the season
-Air conditioned in your room is charged 5 Euros per day without any restriction of time, we just ask to switch off it when you leave your room for the day.
- heating is charged 5€ per day
- Our pets are very well educated and behaved and they will not disturb you in any way but if you don't like or fear pets we kindly ask you to avoid your reservation with us. They are rescued from very bad situations, we love them, they are our family !
- As many others, Municipality of Roma requests a ciy tax of 3.50 Euros per day per person. This money are NOT included in the price you pay for your stay! We will ask you to pay it in cash at the moment of the check in.
- At the momennt of your arrival you will be requested to give us your id cards or passports in order to submit them to the Portale Alloggiati della Polizia di Stato according to the current antiterrorism laws of our country .
-You are allowed to smoke but NOT in your room
- All furniture and objects in the room are at your disposal, we ask you respect and responsibility in using them. If something will found broken or would need professional cleaning after your stay we will ask to the Homestay assistance in order to charge you for the possible damages.
-Please do not eat in your room, you are welcomed to eat your take away food in the living room or in the terrace
-We serve a light breakfast: coffee, milk, snacks.
If you want full breakfast (that consist of: milk, coffee or expresso, cappuccino, bread, butter, marmalade, fruit juice) you are kindly requested to ask it the day before, you will be charged 5 euros.
We DON'T serve english breakfast or salted breakfast sorry!
- payment must be performed one month before or as soon as you book for early arrivals. In case there won't be the payment the reservation will be not considered as active.
We don't perform daily cleaning of the room nor change of sheets and towels, there is a cleaning fee of 30€ to be paid when you leave the room
Last but not least we are always at your disposal for advices or for any problem you could encounter,we are open to your requests and we will do our best to make you enjoy our city, our main priority is to make your stay pleasant and worth to be remembered.

There are only good things to say about Franco and Anna. From my initial contact, follow-up correspondences, first face to face encounter, and to our final farewell, these dear folks were always welcoming and amiable. They consistently exceeded my expectations; from location in the serene Latin quarter literal steps from the 628 bus stop or a quick 10 minute walk to Furio Camillo Metro station to pristine and appointed ground level facilities FULLY stocked with amenities—even A/C and laundry are available at a nominal fee—and navigation and orientation, their hospitality truly knows no bounds! Not only did they regularly check in to ensure all my needs were met and confirm my security concerns were all on par, they generously went above and beyond too many times to recount and were forbearing of all my foreign fumblings. Even their precious pets were welcoming! I feel as though I arrived a stranger, but quickly became friends and departed as family. I highly recommend these most fabulous folks if you are looking for helpful hosts and comfortable—everything you can possibly need and more—accommodations, but most importantly, welcoming to the idea of making acquaintance with unforgettable people! Brava and grazie to Homestay for this exceptional experience!

We stayed 6 nights in Roma and had such a lovely time with Franco & Anna! If you are interested in Italian culture and habits and love to chat with your host family, Franco and Anna are the best family for you. They have two lovely dogs and 3 cats, so you must love pets, too . Franco & Anna are a wonderful & lively couple, they take such a good care of their guest. We respect the great attitude of the hosts and felt very welcomed in their cozy home. Franco & Anna take good care of the house and their home is ideal for home stay: your room is very nice and spacious and next to the big & spotless bathroom. We think we got enough privacy, but at the same time the family was always there to turn to. The house situates in a nice area, near park, and it is very easy to travel to the center by bus or by metro to see the beautiful city of Roma. There are many cozy local restaurants nearby, too. We really enjoyed our stay and hope we will meet Franco & Anna again!

Franco and Anna are a wonderful couple, so helpful in directing us to the best places to visit to make the most of our short time in Rome. Animal lovers beware, you will fall in love with the gorgeous Galatea with her beautiful eyes, and Arturo both rescue dogs, and of course the three friendly cats!

Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de 250 $£€ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión. Todos nuestros anfitriones han sido informados de que si desean solicitar un pago por adelantado, deben indicarlo claramente en el perfil.
