We are 4-people family,We provide private rooms in my home.
The private rooms are good for single,couple and 3-4 people family.(extra fee for more than 2 ppl stay )
It is a fully renovated furnished high quality 4BR house at the center of Tokyo.
Fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms with Toto (toilet has been equipped with a bidet function) ...
The house is good for big group or 2-6 people family.
There are supermarkets and a few convenient stores near my places.
Directly train to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Shibuya, Ebisu

From the house only one stop to Ikebukuro station which is one of Tokyo's multiple city centres, found around the north-western corner of the Yamanote loop line. At the district's centre stands Ikebukuro Station, a busy commuter hub traversed by three subway and multiple urban and suburban train lines. The station handles over a million passengers per day, making it the one of the busiest railway station.
You can go anywhere in town easily from Ikeburo. Many tourist attractions, such as Disneyland Tokyo tower, National Gallery.

La basura se divide en categorías y poner en bolsas diferentes. Por favor separe sus: burnables, latas, botellas de plástico, vidrio y artículos no consumibles. Por favor, ponga esto en bolsas separadas. El uso de cualquier bolsa de plástico está bien en Tokio! Que se diviertan, pero que no sea demasiado alta. Si necesitas algo, correo electrónico o llamarme. Lo más importante es sentirse como en casa y estar cómodo.
Sólo está permitido fumar fuera de la casa.

Theresa-san is a very sweet woman and is very caring. She does a lot for the other guests! You can really feel yourself at home in her house! I liked that and her herself very much!! Thank you for everything Theresa-san!! ( ^ω^ )

I used homestays for the first time and i am very satisfied.
Theresa is a very nice and helpful host. I stayed for 14 days at the room with the private bathroom. Her breakfast was really delicious. When i had some questions she helped me and i got useful tips. I learned some very interesting things about the japan culture.
The location of the House is perfect you can reach your destination fast and uncomplicated.
When i come back to tokyo i will stay at theresa again. I can recommend her warmly.greetings from germany and thank you for the great time theresa!

Staying with Theresa was an absolute delight. She was very hospitable and would help us if we had any questions or needed help with getting around. We enjoyed eating breakfast with her and the other house guests we met during our stay. She happily booked a taxi and reservation for us which was very kind and helpful. It was our first trip to Japan and even to a homestay, so we didn’t quite know what to expect. But we got to meet an amazing lady who really cares for her guests.
She was even awake early to see us off at 6:30 in the morning, which really warmed our hearts.

Theresa is a fantastic host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in her home. I started out in the smallest room, but needed to upgrade for more space after a few days (I literally needed to stretch out after some tattoo work) and luckily there was a larger room available at the time. The breakfasts were perfect and enjoyable, and Theresa helped with finding local businesses that had items I was looking for. When I travel to Tokyo in the future I will definitely try to stay with Theresa again. Arigatou gozaimasu!

We loved staying with Theresa. She was such a big help in so many ways. She provided a big breakfast each morning, with many options, including COFFEE JELLO! Breakfast was one of my favorite times of the day, when we met other guests, laughed, planned our day, and shared about the previous day. We made real friends at that table.
Theresa's home is convenient to get to from the train station. We always felt really safe. She has wi-fi that worked well. She allowed us to use her washing machine, but we ended up going to the laundromat just a couple of blocks away. She told us how to get there and how the machines work (since we can't read Japanese).
When we told her what we were doing for the day she would let us know the quickest or easiest (not always the same thing) way to get there. When another guest needed to make reservations she did it for them. I inquired about purchasing an odd thing in Japan and she made a few phone calls to help me find it. She is a treasure.
Next time I go to Tokyo I will definitely be staying with Theresa.
