Hi everybody!
My name is Mila, I am very hospitable, friendly, kind and lovely person, so you are going to feel very comfortable, like at your home.

My apartment is very comfortable, clean, bright and quiet. WI-FI is available. Breakfast is included !!!
It is in a very nice, quiet and commercial area.
It has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom,
It is perfect for Grups of 4 adults or for families with 2 children.

Rent 2 bedrooms:

One bedroom is large, with a nice window, you can see the far hills and the gardens of the neighborhood, with 2 beds, big closet, night tables, radio and air condition with additional pay € 3 for night. Within 24 hours- € 5.
Another bedroom is medium with double bed and closet.
LIVING ROOM has TV, DVD, CD player, air condition and a pretty balcony.

This is a remodeled building with 2 elevators, nice neighborhood, and close to shopping centers with SUPER MARKETS (Eroski, Mercadona, L'IDL, ...) And "EL CORTE INGLES" & "HERON CITY" also there are Cinemas, discos, bars, Shopping.

The apartment is 4 - 5 minutes walking distance from Metro "Fabra i Puig" Station and only 10 minutes by subway from the City Jewel: the Holy Family Church, designed by Gaudí.
Plaza Catalunya is about 16-20 minutes by subway. This place is the epicenter for sightseeing tour:
Gothic, Born and Grace, Barcelona Port, Beaches, the Rambla.

Breakfast is included only for short stays and you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook.

Attention for families with young children! Children under 6 - up to 30% Discount! Apply after communicating his age.

There is a possibility to offer the car from the airport or make some trips to Barcelona and the surrounding area by the very attractive price.

Hablo bien en español y ruso, hablo un poco en ingles y alemán. En mi zona hay 3 estacionamientos publico ( parking) y también hay posibilidad aparcar el coche gratuito en las calles cercanas.

The apartment is 4-5 minutes walking distance from Metro, line 1, "Fabra i Puig" Station, next Av. Meridiana and only 10 minutes by subway from the City Jewel: the Holy Family Church, designed by Gaudí.
Plaza Catalunya is downtown and it is about twenty minutes by Metro. The bus stop NN 11, 26, 36 is near my portal.

    There have been a number of problems with this stay. I chose this listing because previous reviews seemed to be good. The place is low cost, and it's reasonably comfortable and close to the metro. However, I experienced considerable difficulties with the host's communication and behaviour towards me.
    The evening before my flight, the host informed me that she would be out of the country for a month from my arrival day, giving me no time to make alternative arrangements for my 6 week stay. She did not clarify any arrangements for showing me the place etc and I landed after midnight without really knowing what was happening. It transpired that her friend was to show me around, and I was to share the place for 2 weeks with her nephew, who seems like a good person, however I did not expect to be sharing with a man, and did not have a language in common with him.
    After that, the nephew was away as well for 2 weeks. During this time a few other homestayers were coming and going. The host messaged me to ask me to help keep common areas clean and to water her plants as well, which I did. There are no locks on bedrooms, so having different people coming and going with no host present is problematic regarding security for all. It was strange to be in someone's apartment without their presence, and I was very careful to respect the place and her belongings.
    The host returned on October 2nd. On the 3rd, I was on my way back to the apartment, when I got a WhatsApp asking me where her saucepan was . I said I did not know. On returning to the apartment, I was met with a tirade of abuse, telling me that I had been cooking and therefore I had obviously taken her saucepan! I have no idea why someone would steal a saucepan of all things. She did not believe me and continued to insist I must know where her saucepan was. She messaged other guests and took them at their word- but not me. This sounds so petty, but basically I was being attacked in Spanish, which I barely understand, and the host does not speak English.
    And it went on.... she accused me of having unpacked a shopping trolley without permission.... maybe another guest was trying to help out, but it was not me.
    Next, she insisted for a full hour that I had used her special oil from the church without asking. She just mocked me continuously when I said I had not used it and didn’t know who had, as I had been away the previous weekend.
    Next she told me I lied about having watered her plants, and I was responsible for them now being in poor condition! It would almost be funny if she wasn’t screaming at me.
    She also had a problem with me trying to defend myself through all this, and complained that I should not raise my voice.
    She seems like an angry person who doesn’t want guests in her house and wanted someone to vent on. perhaps she has other issues going on, I don't know, but she has no right to behave this way towards guests. We agreed eventually that she would refund me for the remaining 9 days and I would leave. She did this (although she was still suggesting that I should repay her for the saucepan!) and I had to find another place. After I left, she sent me pictures of (for example) hair in the shower tray, as though it was somehow my responsibility to clean up after everyone who had stayed. I blocked her at that point.
    Choose to take your chances with this place if you wish. I would have overlooked the poor communication and absence if she had not started accusing me of things that were incorrect, and I would never normally give a poor review if at all possible.

    During my stay Mila's friend help me during check-in and check-out.she was lovely.We had some issues on timings and the direction on open adress but figured it out later on.the walls are pretty thin so if the baby cries upstairs you hear them as well.the neighbourhood is pretty quiet and metro station is very close by.

    Mila es muy amable y me ayudaba mucho durante mi viaje. Su casa es limpio y el desayuno es riquisimo! Tambien la casa esta cerca de las paradas de metro , hay muchos restaurantes y supermercado en el barrio. Gracias por su hospitalidad!

    Nuestra estadia con Mila estuvo agradable. Las habitaciones son limpias y los desayunos estuvieron muy bien. Queda un poco alejado del centro, pero con el metro es facil acceso a todas partes.

    Mila est une personne très accueillante et très serviable. Sont appartement plutôt bien situé, près du métro est un plus.

    C'était très bien ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ; Mila est très gentille et pour le prix il n'y a rien à redire ..

    Es importante tomar en cuenta en el conto total, que se paga 20 euros por la sistemaciòn.
    Por otra parte, el desayuno fuè muy rico y Mila es una estupenda persona.

¿Cómo se hace una reserva?

Ponte en contacto con el anfitrión para comprobar su disponibilidad y preguntar todo lo necesario sobre la estancia. Una vez que el anfitrión confirme que está disponible para esas fechas, podrás confirmar la reserva.

¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?

Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de $ 199 £ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión.
