Acogedor apartamento cerca de la Ciudad

I was delayed in my arrival from Gatwick airport and Etta was very nice and waited for me at the risk of running late for work. I thought that was very kind of her. She was always very quick in her replies as well.
The room itself was big, the bed-linen and towel were clean and fresh. Etta went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, which is why I am giving this homestay 5 hearts.
The neighbourhood is OK for London standards. It can be a bit noisy as there is a railway track just outside and the walls are thin, so bring ear-plugs if you're a light sleeper.

I arrived from Canada , on the first day she turned the heat down and provided with no hot water (savings on electricity perhaps). She would ask you not to sit on the sofa in the living room otherwise designated for guests! Very loud when she leaves for work in the morning, slams the doors and talks loudly, wakes everybody up. If you use a microview to heat something up she will get mad because you cooked! I told her I was not happy with her homestay and I'm leaving at the soonest possible convenience, she didn't likes that. For the past two days she was completely frustrated she lost me as a guestso she started doing some really annoying staff like slamming the doors all of the time, talking loudly on the phone and to her self, shouting when I was in the shower even pretending she is calling locksmith to change lock because somebody apparently got into her room! Her apartment is located in a sketchy area and you could hear the neighbors shouting and yelling loud at night.The room itself is loud with poor isololation and you could hear the traffic very loudly.

La casa di Etta è comoda e accogliente, la posizione consente di arrivare in centro a piedi o con il bus (che è vicinissimo a casa) o con la metro (a 10 minuti).
Etta è socievole, disponibile e molto simpatica.
Spero di tornare presto a Londra e trovare disponibile la sistemazione.

The house of Etta is comfortable and welcoming, the location permit to arrive in the center on foot or by bus (which is very close to home) or by Tube (10 minutes).
Etta is sociable, helpful and very nice.
I hope to return to London soon and find the accommodation available.

Etta is a great person. Her home is in a high class district in london zone 1 with all big supermarket chains around. The underground is 10 min walking distance and the bus stop is under her home. The home is well furnished and all facilities are there. There is a studying table with good atmosphere to study. The bed is wide.
Etta is a careful person looking after her guests. She is caring too much about the cleanliness of her home. She is very friendly and offering all the help she can afford. She will give you useful pieces of advice regarding how to visit london.
I enjoyed staying at her home too much and I hope I could visit her again
