My home is a contemporary and well appointed townhome, centrally located in San Diego's Banker's Hill/Park West neighborhood, which is located just six blocks from Balboa Park and Just six blocks from Little Italy, which is home to dozens of great San Diego restaurants. It's also very convenient to the airport, and other public transportation, as well as the convention center. From the home, you can enjoy stunning views of the San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Coronado Island, and the downtown San Diego skyline.
The available room is a large bedroom with a small balcony where you can take advantage of the views and great weather. It has a private adjacent bath, a large desk/work area, high speed WiFi access, and television.
I'm a single professional who lives in the home alone. I often work from home and also travel for work/pleasure regularly, so I may or may not be here during your stay. I keep up with local restaurants, arts, and all the other things San Diego has to offer to be able to guide guests to the best experience for their stay here.

My home is located in Bankers Hill, halfway between the San Diego Bayfront and the western edge of Balboa Park. The home is located:
-6 blocks from Balboa Park, which has many of the city's museums and a number of other attractions including The Old Globe Theatre.
-5 blocks from Little Italy, which has numerous cafes and shops as well as many of the city's best restaurants with all different types of cuisine.
-0.9 miles (1.5 km) from the Santa Fe Depot Train Station
-1 mile (1.5 km) from the city center of downtown San Diego.
-1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the center of Hillcrest, the hub of San Diego's gay nightlife
-1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the world-famous San Diego Zoo
-1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the San Diego Convention Center
-1.7 miles (3 km) from Petco Park (home of the Padres baseball team)
-2.2 miles (4 km) from the San Diego International Airport
-Less than 7 miles (12 km) from several beaches including Coronado Beach, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach and Mission Bay.

Payment Policy:
My preferred method of payment is Apple Pay
I require 50% of charges to be paid for confirmation once a booking is accepted.
The remaining 50% is to be paid three business days prior to arrival.
Refund policy is:
10%/one night's room fees penalty (whichever is greater) if cancelled by 6 p.m. local San Diego time three business days prior to arrival.
20% or two night's room fees penalty (whichever is greater) if cancelled after that but by 6 p.m. local San Diego two days prior to arrival.
30% or 3 night's room fees penalty (whichever is greater) if cancelled after that.

Had a fantastic stay! The room is spacious, clean, has a modern design and features and a private bathroom. The bed is super comfy, a huge plus! It's located in a safe neighborhood and Brian's a really nice person. Would definitely recommend.

Brian was so nice and friendly to us, we felt very good at his house. The room is perfect for two people and has an amazing view! The house is in little Italy - you just need 10 minutes to get into town by foot. It was awesome :)

Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva.
